We design for the way Indian families actually live — multi-generational, layered with storage, hosting on short notice, weekday rush, weekend slow. Premium materials are non-negotiable, but they're never the point. The point is a home that's easier to live in on a Tuesday morning, and beautiful on a Saturday evening.
Every Pocketworth project is owned end-to-end by one team — same designer, same project manager, same site supervisor — from the first sketch to the final hand-over. No hand-offs to a contractor mid-project. No mystery line items in the BOQ. No "we'll figure out finishes later."
We've made a deliberate choice to work only on a manageable number of homes each quarter. It's why our installs run on time, our snag-lists close in days not months, and 92% of our new clients come through referrals.
