Use of the website

You may browse, share, and reference our content. You may not copy our project photography, design artwork, or copy in commercial contexts without written permission.

Pricing & quotes

Prices shown on the website (including the Packages section) are starting figures and indicative only. Your final quote depends on site measurements, finishes, and materials selected during consultation. The BOQ we share before production starts is the binding price.

Warranty

All hardware we install carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We also provide one year of free on-site service from the date of handover. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water seepage outside our scope, or third-party modifications.

Delivery commitments

Delivery timelines stated in your contract are binding. If we miss a committed milestone by more than 7 days, we will discuss compensation as defined in your project contract.
